What To Bring

Leave the heavy gear at home. Our VR fitness sessions are intense, so keep your preparation simple.

Light Clothes

You will sweat a lot. Wear your favorite breathable gym gear. Avoid heavy hoodies or layers.

Good Shoes

Wear clean indoor trainers with flat soles. You need a solid base for dodging and striking.

Water Bottle

Stay hydrated during the rounds. We provide free filtered water refill stations in the lounge.
